Job Summary

Assist Commuter Services customers over the phone, through chat and email, and occasionally in person. Provide information to customers regarding parking and transit options on campus. Provide general office support.

Responsibilities

• Provide parking and transit information to customers

• Accept payment for parking permits and tickets

• Answer telephone calls and respond to customer’s emails

• Process and distribute mail to the department

• Schedule Appeal appointments

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and deposit

• Assist with data entry

• Occasionally direct customers at parking lot entrances during large scale special events on campus, such as home football games

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

One year customer service or related experience; demonstrated human relations and effective communications skills; and basic computer skills required.
