Supervisor Service Delivery for Salt Lake City Structure load will supervise a team of bargained for Facilities Specialists. This team is responsible for building, maintaining, and provisioning logical inventory into critical systems, in order to provide voice, data, and PRISM services over copper and fiber facilities. These facilities provide the platform to loop qualify customers for available products, and assign customer service orders. We work in partnership with planning, engineering, construction forces and others to complete new equipment deployments, migrations, road moves, etc.
Manage daily operations of a group of 10 or more occupational employees.
Supervises network provisioning/maintenance for Assignment /Loop Provisioning Center day-to-day activities
Assigns tasks, checks work, and develops schedules.
Provides immediate supervision and may perform individual tasks related to group.
Administers company policies and monitors the daily results, costs, and methods of own work group.
Conduct and emphasize training, coaching and development of employees with regards to new processes and quality standards, customer contact, safety, expense control and technical skills.
Supervises and trains established installation and maintenance techniques, methods, and procedures
Be responsible for leading a team of Facilities Specialists who meet attendance and performance standards.
Represent CenturyLink with customers and is responsible for meeting and exceeding NPS standards
Collaborates with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.

Previous experience managing teams within a telecom technical environment.
Previous experience managing bargained for employees and interacting with union representatives.
Strong skills and experience in employee development to include training, coaching. mentoring and performance management in a union environment
Computer skills are required including Email, Word, Excel, Access and legacy systems.
Knowledge of Systems including, LFACS, Work Director, NCON, ARMOR, WFA-C, WFA-DO, SOLAR, RSOLAR, SOPAD, EWOMS, SWITCH, Service Delivery, NDS, WebSop, SAP, and Loop Qual are preferred.
Working knowledge of installation and maintenance of telephone circuits, residential and business services, Local Network processes, and a fundamental understanding of services and products offered by CenturyLink are preferred.
Candidate must have the ability to work in a consultative manner with others, e.g. establish rapport, interview/fact-find, present options/recommend solutions, follow-up and customer focused behavior.
Should have previous experience in a multi-tasking, result oriented position in a deadline focused department.
Should have previous experience successfully dealing with customers.
Print reading experience preferred.
Must perform work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and perform under pressure.
Must negotiate timeframes for completion and meet critical deadlines.
Must be willing and able to work with other coworkers to complete job assignments.
